LEWES — RHP Properties has acquired three manufactured dwelling neighborhoods in Delaware’s resort, making it the newest acquisition by the agency within the First State.
Colonial East LP, the house owners of Sussex East and Sussex West in Lewes and Colonial East in Rehoboth Seaside, struck a cope with RHP on the finish of April. The acquisition included all staff of Colonial East and 690 items, with two clubhouses and swimming pools. Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
